How to Use:

1. Remove shrink wrapping (This is easily done by tearing across the dotted seam marked by OPEN)
2. Remove cap
3. Remove peelable sticker from top of Cup
4. Insert and move around to stimulate - air hole can be covered for additional suction
5. Once finished, cover the cap
6. Dispose of the Cup
